🛍️ Orders

 

 

• All items are handmade or carefully curated. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing before shipping unless otherwise stated.
• Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations — so please double-check your cart before checking out.

📦 Shipping

• We currently ship within the U.S. (International shipping coming soon!)
• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
• CML Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final due to the handmade and custom nature of our products.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

💳 Payments

• We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods.
• Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

Because many of our items are handmade, slight variations in color, size, or details may occur. This is part of what makes each piece unique and special!
